We are excited to let you know that registration is now open for Camp Fuego 2026! This is one of our favorite weeks of the year. It’s more than just a fun trip—it’s a chance for students to grow in their faith, build stronger friendships, and experience the presence of God in a powerful way.
Camp is open to students who have completed 6th–12th grade by summer 2026. The total cost for camp is $300 per student. But as always, Trinity wants to help make camp more affordable for families. If a student meets our attendance expectations (more on that below), the church will cover half the cost, and the family will only be responsible for $150. We also want to help families plan for camp, so we have created a payment plan of sorts so that the expense doesn’t happen all at once.
Here’s how that breaks down:
Register by August 30, 2025:
⁃ $30 non-refundable registration fee due at sign-up
Then 6 monthly payments of $20, due on:
• Sept 30
• Oct 31
• Nov 30
• Jan 31
• Feb 28
• March 31
All payments are non-refundable.
If you register after August 30, the $30 deposit plus any past payments will be due at registration. For example, if you register on Nov 1, you’ll pay $30 + $20 for Sept + $20 for Oct = $70 total due.
Between August 1 and April 30, there are about 160 worship opportunities - 4 per week: Sunday School at 9:30, Sunday morning worship at 10:30, Sunday night at 5:00, and Wednesday night at 6:00. We know life gets busy and there will be times students are out sick, traveling, or we cancel for holidays. That’s why we’re only asking for 60 worship opportunities during that time which is very doable, even for families with full schedules.
If the student doesn’t meet the worship attendance requirement the remaining $150 balance will be due by March 31, 2026. While families are still welcome to pay the full $300 if a student doesn’t fulfill the attendance expectation, every student going to camp needs to be faithfully involved in the life of Trinity. We want students to come to camp already connected with our church family as camp is an extension of what we’re doing all year, not just a one-time event. We’ve learned that the best camp experiences happen when students are seeking to “know Christ” with us during the year, not just showing up for a trip. Students who attend only a handful of times over the year likely won’t be eligible for camp. Final decisions will be made by our leadership team.
If your student wants to come more regularly but transportation is an issue, please let us know. We want to help however we can.
We truly believe in what God does during camp, and want every student to have the opportunity to go. Thank you for partnering with us to make sure your student is not only there—but prepared and connected when they go.
If you have questions about registration, payments, attendance, or anything else, don’t hesitate to reach out.
